I enclose the three Gas Regulation Acts

which you asked for. We have not got spare copies

of the Orders made under them, but if you could

spare time to call at the Colonial Office Library

you could run through the file copies and pick

out any information useful to you.

I have written to Mr. Taylor about the

Bill which you told me was in draft.
